Approve Time Off As a Manager
NOTES:
Managers see only time off requests entered by their direct reports.
Employees see only time off requests in the calendar for team members that also report to their manager.
Requests are color-coded on the calendar
1. Log into your Ease account and on your dashboard you should see a square called Manage Time Off. You can click View to see all requests from your team and approve time off requests.
You can also click on the Time Off tab on the left sidebar and Manage Time Off to view any requests.
2.Find the employee you want to approve time off for and click on Review on the right side of the page, aligned with the employee’s name.
3. From here you can review the request and add any response or select necessary boxes and then click Approve once you’re finished in the bottom right corner.
To view Time Off requests from a calendar:
Use arrows to view previous or upcoming months
Use TODAY to return to current calendar
Approve Time Off As an Admin
1. Log into the company profile and then click on EaseHR.
2. Next select the Time Off tab on the left side of the page.
3. Find the employee you want to approve time off for and click on Review on the right side of the page, aligned with the employee’s name.
4. You can add any notes to the request or select necessary boxes and then click Approve once finished in the bottom right corner.
